Refund policy
We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. Due to the personal use nature of my bath and body care products, I can not restock an item once it leaves my building, therefore, I can not accept returns or exchanges. I offer mini/trial sizes of all of my products so you can try them before purchasing a full size.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture of it immediately and notify us by email at breckysplace (AT) gmail (DOT) com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product along with the one picture of both the damaged goods and packaging label.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged, defective, or incorrect product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
